RESOLUTION No. 12 -2006
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of
Chubbuck as follows:
L The following are confirmed as the seats to be filled by current members of the
Land Use and Development Commission, the expiration of their current terms and the extension
of those terms to allow for orderly rotation of the Land Use and Development Commission
members:

Pete Anderson, Jason Mendenhall and DeLoy Stuart are current appointees whose terms have
not expired and are filling Seats Seven,. Eight and Nine.
2. Those persons on the existing Commission who have served two full consecutive terms
shall be reappointed to fulfill the existing term, as extended and the appointment of any person to the
existing commission who has served more than two consecutive terms is ratified.
3. The compensation for Land Use and Development Commission members shall be Ten
Dollars ($10.00) per month.
