RESOLUTION NO 13-2006
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO FOR THE NEW FIRE
DEPARTMENT PERMlT AND FEE SCHEDULE; PROVIDING THAT THESE FEES WILL
BE IN EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1sT, 2006.
WHEREAS, The City Council deems it in the best interest of the citizens of the City of
Chubbuck that certain new fee and. permit charges for Fire Department Services;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Chubbuck that fee
and. permit charges for various services performed by the Chubbuck Fire Department shall be as
follows effective Octoberlst, 2006:

Sprinkler system, fire alarm acceptance
Testing
Fire Hydrant Flows.
Fuel, flammable liquids, hazardous materials
Installation, alteration of equipment used
in handling
Installation/alteraton of storage tank

Hazardous materials storage facility
inspection
Spray booth inspection
