RESOLUTION # ~ i -2006
A resolution. of the pity of Chubbuck, Idaho, changing the designation of Kimball
Avenue, as approved in Briscoe Estates Subdivision 4t1i Addition, to Kymball Avenue.
Currently, Kymball Avenue is the designated name for all sections of the street lying
north of Briscoe Estates Subdivision 4`~ Addition.
Confusion could arise for the dispatch of emergency vehicles, as well as routine services
such as mail and other delivery, if the designation is not changed to provide a consistent name.
NOW THEREFORE, it is resolved by the Mayor and City Council of the City of
Chubbuck as follows:
1. From and after the date of this Resolution, Kimball Avenue in Briscoe Estates
Subdivision 4`~ Addition shall be designated as Kymball Avenue.
