RESOLUTION # 10-2006
CITY OF CHUBBUCK._ BANNOCK COUNTY. STATE OF IDAHO
BE IT RESOL'~JED, By Mayor: and Council. of the City of Chubbuck, Bannock County,
Idaho, to pay the estimated expenses of said City, that there be levied against all the taxable
property of the said City, the following amounts for the fiscal year 2006-2007, and that the same
be certified to the County Auditor of Bannock County:
TORT CLAIM Insurance) $ .35,000.00
GENERAL FUND EXPENSES $ 718,121.00
LAW ENFORCEMENT EXPENSES $1,235,992.00
HIGHWAY, STREETS AND ROADS $ 283,662.00
FIRE CONTROL EXPENSES $ 603.894.00
TOTAL $2,876,669.00
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Clerk is authorized and directed, to certify
said. levies to the County Auditor of Bannock, by forwarding there to a copy of this resolution.
