A RESOLUTION QF THE CITY OF CNUBBUCK, IDAHO, AMENDING THE RATES TO BE
CHARGED BY THE CITY FOR WASTl1A/ATER COLLECTION AND TREATMENT SERVICES
FURNISHED THROUGH THE MtlNICIPAL WASTEWATER. SYSTEM.
WHERE~91S~ Section 13.x4.020 of the Chubbuck Municipal Code provided that
the rates for wastewater cottection and treatment services furnished through the
municipal wastewater system shah be set by resolution:
NOW, THEFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Chubbuck
that- effective, August 1, 2006, the monthly charges for this service shall be as
follows:
WASTEWATER JIIIfCIiNTHLY SERVICE RATES
Base-Charge:. ; 5.17.50 Per equivalent single family dwelling as reasonably.
c#eterrnined by the Public Works Director. No minimum
charge shall be less than one c1) single family equivalent.
Volumetric Charge: 52.17- per one .thousand gallons metered water for
customers north of 1-86.
S2.70 per one thousand gallons metered water for
customers south of 1-86
Billing Charge: 51.35 per bill.
CONNECTION FEES
Each residential connection: 51000 per equivalent single family dwelling as
reasori~ably determined by the Public Works Director. The connection fee shall be
implemented in steps as follows: August 1 through September 30, 2006, S0;
October 1 through October 31, 2006, $250.00; November 1 through November 30,
2006, S5o0al'0; December 1 through December 31, 2006, 5750.00; January 1, 2007,
51000.00.
Each commercial connection: TO be Calculated by the Public Works Director,
taking the expected average flaw per day, multiplied by each: a peaking factor of
.1.69 and then the cost of 52,18 per gallon per day flow.
