The land use district established by the Chubbuck Land Use Ordinance, with respect to the lands described below, located within the boundaries of the City of Chubbuck. Idaho is hereby changed from Limited Residential (R-2) to Planned Unit Devel- opment (PUD): A portion of Lot 5, Block 1 of Mallard Subdivision and a por- tion of a parcel described in Deed Instr. #2091355000RR and Deed Instr. #21507165 located in the NW 1/4 of Section 11, Township 6 South, Range 34 East Boise Meridian, Bannock County, Idaho, more particularly described as: Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 4 Block 1 of said Mallard Subdivision Instr. #20717772 and running thence N 88-58'05" E 60.86 feet along the south right-of-way line of Pheasant Ridge Drive, Thence S 00=53'41" W 207.54 feet along an existing fence line, Thence N 89°22'51" W 59.84 feet to the southwest corner of said Lot 4, Thence N 00°37'09" E 205.79 feet along the west line of said Lot to the Point of Be- ginning.
