amending Chubbuck Munic-
ipal Cade section 8.12.030
amending the maximum ridge
line height for accessory
structures; providing for the re-
peal of conflicting ordinances;
providing for the severability
of the provisions of this ordi-
nance; providing when this or-
dinance shall be in effect.
