DESIGN REVIEW MEETING APPLICATION
The purpose of this application is to establish a meeting and review time with the City of
Chubbuck Design Review Tearn consisting of the Mayor, Building Official, City
Planner, City Engineer, Fire Marshal, Police Chief and other City staff as required.
The Design ReviewT~am meets every Tuesday morning between the hours of
10:30 and 11:30 AM.
This team will work intln,ison, with you, to establish the criteria for your project as it
relates to the adopted ordinances of the City of Chubbuck. Keep in mind, this is an
informal review and is o'lY conducted on Subrnitted applications. This is a review team
not a design team. Pro\tide'(lO) ten sets of drawings, (8 1/2 X I I), at least eight days in
advance of your scbedllledmeeting. Formal review of your plans or project by City
Staff is conducted aftet'forrnal application. Once you schedule your Design Review,
it is very important to keep that appointment so others can be scheduled accordingly.

March 27th, 2007
APPLICANT:

PROJECT TITLE:
Arctic Circle Play Room/Game Area.
LOCATION:

PURPOSE OF REVIEW:
Sit Plan Approval.
Present: Mayor Steven M. England, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Steve smart, Ron Conlin,
Randy Severe, Ray Griffin and Merlin Miller.
Marshall Rossiter, Architect and Jake Tracy, builder were present to present the site plan.
Design Review Committee reviewed the proposed site plan.
Design Review Committee approved the site plan with following conditions;
1. After discussion, it was decided they meet the parking requirements.
2. Landscaping requirement is good at this time.
3. Required to install a knox box.
4. Required to submit updated site plan drawings.
