OF THE VILLAGE OF CHUBBUCK HELD IN THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING
IN THE VILLAGE OF CHUBBUCK ON TUESDAY 13TH MARCH 1956.
MEETING WAS CALIED TO ORDER AT 8.OP.M.
MEMBERS PRESENT WERE VALENTY FENWICK FRASURE AND WARD.
MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING WERE THEN READ AND APPROVED AS READ.
ALSO THE MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE 1ST MARCH WERE ALSO READ
AND ALSO APPROVED AS READ.

BILLS FOR THE MONTH WERE THEA ND APPROVED FOR PAYMENT.
MOTION MADE BY MR WARD SECONDED BY MR FENWICK.
ALL MEMBERS WERE IN FAVOUR.
OLD BUSINESS. A CHECK UOR THE AMOUNT OF 200 DOLLARS WAS RECEIVED FOR THE
SALE OF THE OL D DUMP TRUCK.
THE SAFE FOR THE VILLAGE WAS AGAIN DISCUSSED AND STILL NO DECISION WAS
REACHED. THE SAFE IS BEING REPAIRED AT THE PRESENT TIME AND IS NOT YET
AVAILABLE.
DISCUSSUION RE PIPING DITCH AND IT WAS DECIDED TO MAKE FURTHER ENgUIRIES
REGARDING PRICE ETC.

A PAIR ROY NEIDER ASKED THE BOARD MEMBERS FOR AN UNOFFICIAL MOTION
TO BE MADE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF POCATELLO TAKING OVER THE VILLAGE OF
CHUBBUCK. THIS WAS SECONDED BY A MR CLARK.
A PROTEST WAS MADE BY A MR L.T.CLARK AGAINST THE ANNEXATION OF

A MR PAUL SCOTT ALSO PROTESTED AGAINST THE ANNEXATION.
