CALL TO ORDER: Mayor England
COUNCIL PRESENT: Norman Reece, Dan Heiner, and Roger Hernandez.
STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Kevin England, City Attorney Ryan Lewis, Public Works
Director Bridger Morrison, Public Works Operations Manager Kami Berger, Senior Engineering
Tech Derek Kennedy, Community Services Director Devin Hillam, Police Chief Nick Sasser,
Fire Chief Merlin Miller, Human Resource Director Scott Gummersall, and City Treasurer Rich
Morgan
Mayor England excused Councilmember Melanie Evans from the meeting.
GENERAL BUSINESS:
1. Discussion on Tree Valley Rd.
Community Services Director Devin Hillam gave an update on conversations with the
existing property owners about donating 25ft of right of way, and/or a local improvement
district for improvements.
2. General Discussion on Staffing.
Mayor Kevin England stated that he had been working with department heads on
staffing, efficiencies, and essential services.
