ORDINANCE NO. 877
An ordinance of the City of
Chubbuck, a municipal cor-
poration of the state of Idaho,
amending Chubbuck Munic-
ipal Code section 2.04.010
to set the Mayor's salary at
$73,977 and the salary for a
member of the City -Council at
$9,679 per year, effective Jan-
uary 1, 2024 and providing for
the review of mayor and coun-
cil salary in January of each
year there is a general elec-
tion; providing for the repeal
of conflicting ordinances; pro-
viding that all other provisions
of Chapter 2.04 not amended
shall remain in effect; provid-
ing for the severability of the
provisions of this ordinance;
providing when this ordinance
shall be in effect.
