CALL TO ORDER: Mayor England
COUNCIL PRESENT: Melanie Evans, Norman Reece, Dan Heiner, and Roger Hernandez.
STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Kevin England, Public Works Director Bridger Morrison,
Public Works Operations Manager Kami Berger, Senior Engineering Tech Derek Kennedy,
Community Services Director Devin Hillam, Community Services Program Specialist Kayla
McCain, Police Chief Nick Sasser, Fire Chief Merlin Miller, Human Resource Director Scott
Gummersall, City Treasurer Rich Morgan, and City Clerk Joey Bowers.
GENERAL BUSINESS:
1. Cormnunity Adopt a Park Recognition.
Mayor Kevin England presented a certificate to Phil Cisneros and his family for their
adoption of Bistline Park.
2. Water Facilities Planning Study.
Colter Hollingshead and Garrett Thompson represented Keller Associates. Mr.
Hoilingshead presented an updated water facility planning study for the City of
Chubbuck.
ADJOURN: Mayor Kevin England adjourned at 4:40.
