Held in the Municipal Building in the Village of Chubbuck
on Tuesday 8th November 1955•
Members present were Mr. Valenty. Mr Hansen being excused.
Owing to lack of a quorum meeting was adjourned.

A special meeting was called for Saturday Nov. 19t# 1955 at 1 p.m.
Yr Hansd.n and Valenty present. Mr Ward excused for previous engagement.
meeting adjourned for lack of quorum.
Special meeting called to order at 3p.m, Yonday Nov 28th 1955.for the
purpose of approving bills payable in the month of November.
Yembers present were FIr Fenwick Frasure Valenty and Ward.
I %ir_utes carried over to be read at next meeting.
Reading; of bills for month of Oct Mr Fenwick moved Mir Frasure seconded
that bills be paid. Approved unanimously.
A copy of the approval of a South Driveway to Chubbuck Lumber Co.
was sent to the Village Board for retention on file.
A discussion of school sighns and the annexation of additional property
then took place but no decision was arrived at.
The meeting was eidjourned at 3.45 p.m.
