Enclosed you will find the application for a Conditional Use Permit, submitted on behalf of
U. S. Cellular, along with the required information. In the information are 2 site plans, a
survey, and set of building plans for the equipment sheker.

You will note that the proposed location is near an existing ComNet tower. I have
contacted them and they have refused to consider co-Iocation at this time. I am including a
letter from them to the landowners stating no objection to our proposal
I hope that the provided information is sufficient. If there any questions or concerns,
please notify me at your convenience so that we may deal with them as they arise.
