1.
The City will require curb, sidewalk, swale and landscaping along the City streets
of Industry Way and Southside Way.
2.
Approaches on the Southside Way all appear to be okay, since they are at least
250 feet from the intersection.

Street intersection curb radii must be at least 30 feet, and the developer should
consider a 40 foot radius. The developer agreed to put a semi~truck trace template
on the streets to be sure we have a large enough radius.
4.
The street on the north end should line up with Noah Street. This would be done
at a future time when more of the development is platted.
5.
The City agrees to enter into a temporary access agreement, whereby Premier
Technology can use the presently proposed north access onto Yellowstone until
such time as the Noah access is approved.
