PURPOSE FOR REVIEW: Possible new development at northwest comer ofW. Chubbuck
Road and Y ellowstone Ave.
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Attorney Tom Holmes, Steve Smart, Jerry Rowland, Ray Griffin,
Merlin Miller, Ron Conlin and Larry Kohntopp.
Dean Funk, Keller-Williams Realty was present to find ot requirements on accesses allowed to
possible new development on northwest comer of Yellowstone Ave. and West Chubbuck
Road. Mr. Funk was concerned about limited access to the property.
Stafftold Mr. Funk the only accesses that will be most likely allowed is a shared access with
Vigliaturo property, (Papa Murphy's Pizza Shop) and one at the west entrance to Smith's
Food King.
Mr. Funk said he will advise the potential developers and see what they say.
