Public hearings will be held with respect to the following items: 1. An application for initial designation of property into the Limited Residential P (R-213) Land Use District (zone) that is proposed to be annexed into the City of Chubbuck. The subject property of 15.9 acres is located on the west side of Lamar St and north of Brynwood Ave in Bannock County, Idaho. At the meeting, the Commission will consider whether the pro- posal satisfies the approval criteria in municipal code section 18.28.050.B. Type of Action: Recommendation. Written testimony must be received by jbowers@cityofchub- buck.us at least 7 days prior to the hearing, shall comply with standards established in City resolution 2021-06.
