VILLAGE OF CHUBBUCK WAS HELD ON TUE~DAYI3th APRIL I9~4.
tN THE VILLAGE HALL IN THE VILLAGE OF CHUBBUCK.
Members presentwere Mr. Valenty. Mr. Fen~ ick. Mr. Frasure.
Minutes of the previous meeting were readand approved.
Motion made by M~ Fenwick to accept the resignation of Mr Mingo as Clerk.
Seconded by Mr. Frasure. Motion Carried.
Motion made by ~ Fenwick to accept Charles Thomas Viner as New Clerk.
Seconded by Mr. Frasure. Motion Carried.
Mr. Charles Thomas Viner was then sworn in as the Village Clerk.
Minutes of the last meeting were then read and approved.
Bills for the month were then read andwith the exception of the
ChUbbuck Plumbing and Heating Company bill which is in dispute,
were passed for payment.
The Chubbuck Plumbing and Heating $ were to be questioned before
payment of their bill was made.
Motion to approve bills as above was made by Mr. Frasure. and Seconded by
~. Fenwick.
NEW BUSINESS.
Carl Dille and E. W. Bostic. then made application for the transfer
of the Beer License held by Paul Scott at the "Sho*Bar" to be made over to the~
Motion to transfer license was then made by Mr. Fenwtck and was Seconded by
Mr. Frasure. Motion Carried.
The Police Officer then submitted his Report of work he had performed during
the past,,year. This was then read by the Chairman Mr. Valenty who thanked
the Police Officer .Mr. Carl Hensley for a very nice Report.
Money received from the Insurance Company for fires outside the city limits,
was deposited in the General Fund in error The amount is _.~64.2~.
This amount is to be withdrawn and made payable to the Volunteer Fire
Dept, for which a newaccount is to be opened.
Motion made by Mr. Fenwick to the above effect and Seconded by Mr. Frasure
Motion Carried. '
Motion was made by Mr. Valenty to purchase 2" pipe for extension of mains
for Briscoe Lane and Parrish Lane. This w as Seconded by Mr. Fenwick.
Motion Carried.
Meeting was then adjourned at (9.4~p.m.
