Eagle Road Storm Water Improvement Project
General Notice
City of Chubbuck (Owner) is requesting Bids for the con-
struction of the following Project:
Eagle Road Storm Water Improvement Project
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the
Chubbuck City list[ located at 290 E. Linden Ave., Chub -
buck, ID 83202 until Monday, May 20, 2024 at 2:00 PM local
time. At that time the Bids received will beup blicly opened and
read.
The Project includes the following Work:
The project includes the construction of two storm water de-
tention basins, the installation of storm water piping and Inlets,
surface restoration, and other related work.
Bids are requested for the following Contract: Eagle Road
Storm Water Improvement Project
Obtaining the Bidding Documents
Bidding documents (CD's or via email — electronic versions)
will be available starting at 8:00 a.m. local time on April 26,
2024. Electronic biding documents including the PROJECT
MANUAL, DRAWINGS, ADDENDUMS, and EXHIBITS must
be obtained at the City of Chubbuck, 290 E. Linden Ave., Chub -
buck ID 83202 or by email at bmorrlson§cityofchubbuck.

Pre-bid Conference - A pre-bid conference for the Project
will be held on May 8, 2024 at 3:00 PM at Chubbuck City Hall,
290 E. Linden Ave., Chubbuck, Idaho 83202. Attendance at
the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
Instructions to Bidders
For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifica-
tions, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions
to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
Bids must be accom�anled by Bid Security in the form of a

damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract
in accordance with their Proposal as specified in the Instruc-
tions to Bidders.
The successful bidder must have a public works construction
license pursuant to Idaho Code Title 54, Chapter 19, prior to
entering into the contract.
The City of Chubbuck reserves the right to reject any or all
proposals waive any nonmaterial Irregularities in the bids
