WHEREAS, the Fiscal Year 2024 Appropriations Ordinance was passed and approved: and WHEREAS, the Council has authorized the use of monies received as excess from closed Chubbuck urban renewal for additional expenditures in the General Fund; and WHEREAS, an amendment to the FY 2024 appropriation or- dinance is required to reflect these changes; and WHEREAS, notice and hearing have been provided in ac- cordance with Idaho Code §50-1002, §50-1003, and §50-1006; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the amount appropriated for the General Fund as set out in Section 3 of Ordinance #860 be hereby amended to reflect the allocation from monies from excess from closed Chubbuck urban renewal as follows: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriat- ed from the General Fund expenses of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year: Adopted Budget Adjusted Budget General $9,973,573 $10,436,598 Section 2. That all other provisions of the Fiscal 2024 Appro- priation Ordinance No. 860, not herein amended, shall remain in full force and effect. Section 3. That the rule requiring ordinances to be read on three separate days is hereby dispensed with, and this ordi- nance shall become effective upon its approval and publica- tions provided by law.
