CITY OF CHUBSUCK, IDAHO
NOTICEIS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 17, 2024 at 6 PM, the Chubbuck City Council will
hold a public hearing to accept and consider public testimony regarding proposed changes to
chapters 17.24 and 17.28 pertaining to Police, Fire and Emergency Services, and Parks and Trails
development impact fees and capital improvements plans, including proposed fee increases and
decreases in all three impact fee categories. The public hearing will be conducted at Chubbuck
City Council Chambers, 290 East Linden Ave., Chubbuck, ID 83202.
Fees were calculated in accordance with Idaho Cade Title 67 Chapter 82 and are proposed as
follows:

improvements plan. A copy of the land use assumptions and the capital improvements pians and
impact fee analyses are available by contacting the Chubbuck City Clerk.
Written testimony must be received byjbowers@cityofchubbuck.us at least 7 days prior to the
hearing, shall comply with standards established in City resolution 2021-06. Council packets are
generally available the week before the meetings at https://cityofchubbuck.us/city-council/ or by
contacting the City Clerk. Commission may limit oral testimony to three minutes per person.
Any person needing special accommodations to participate in the meeting should contact the
