Public hearings will be held with respect to the following items: 1. An application for a Conditional Use Permit for a conve- nience store in the Limited Commercial (C-1) zone on approx- imately 1.67 acres of land. Subject property is located at the northeast corner of Chubbuck Rd and Philbin Rd, Chubbuck, Idaho. The Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map desig- nates this area as Mixed Use. The application will be reviewed against criteria in section 18.28.020.0.5 of City Code. Type of action: Decision. 2. A proposal by city staff far initial zoning designation of property into the General Commercial (C-2) Land Use District that is proposed to be annexed into the City of Chubbuck. The subject property of approximately 4.28 acres is located at 5328 Yellowstone in Chubbuck, Idaho. At the meeting, the Commis- sion will consider whether the proposal satisfies the approval criteria in municipal code section 18.28.050.8. Type of Action: Recommendation. Written testimony must be received by jbowers@cityofchub- buck.us at least 7 days prior to the hearing, shall comply with standards established in City resolution 2021-06. A complete description of each item Is available to the public on request to jbowers@cityofchubbuck.us. Commission packets are gen- erally available the week before the meeting at https://city- ofchubbuck.us/land-use-commission/ or are available by contacting the City Clerk. Any and all persons may register comments, protests, or agreements on the hearing subjects being considered. Oral testimony concerning these proposals may be offered at the public hearing. Commission may limit oral testimony.
