Public hearings will be held with respect to the following items: 1. A petition by City Staff to amend Chubbuck City Code Chapter 18.06 to add a new definition of "hotels or motels'; and to amend the schedule of general controls, section 18.08.040, regarding the permitted locations of hotels and motels, to limit them, as defined, to the General Commercial (C-2) zoning dis- trict.
