The General Fund, Highway Streets and Roads Fund, Water Fund, Wastewater Fund, and Sanitation Fund, Section 2: That the following sums of money are hereby ap- propriated from the General Fund and the Highway Streets and Roads Fund for the payment of all Fund expenses of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year: General Fund: $91973,573 Highway Streets and Roads Fund: $2,811,734 Section 3: That the following sums of money are here- by appropriated from the Water Fund, Wastewater Fund and Sanitation Fund for the payment of all Water, Wastewater and Sanitation expenses of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year: Water Fund: $4,938,400 Wastewater: $6,364,000 Sanitation: $25952,800 Section 4: That all ordinances, resolutions, or parts thereof, in conflict herewith are expressly repealed: That the rule requir- ing ordinances to be read on three separate occasions is here- by dispensed with, and this ordinance shall become effective upon its approval and publication as provided by law.
