SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 863
An ordinance of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, amending Title
18 of the Chubbuck City Code as follows: Amending Section
18.12.020 of Chubbuck Municipal Code to modify the excep-
tions to height limitations in the schedule of general controls
for land use districts; amending Section 16.19.060 regarding
maximum height in the Village and Highway Corridor land use
districts; amending Section 15.24.010 and 15.24.020 regarding
the regulation of signage, including permitting, sign placement,
standardizing height, width and placement of permanent sig -
nation and clarifying standards for location and size of tempo-
rary signs; repealing prior conflicting ordinances; providing for
the severability of the provisions of this ordinance; and provid-
ing when this ordinance is effective.

83202.
I have reviewed the foregoing summary and believe it pro-
