SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 861
An ordinance of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, annexing cer-
tain lands approximately 22.67 acres located at the northwest
corner of Philbin Rd and Angela St. to he included within the
boundaries and jurisdictional limits of the City of Chuhhuck,
Idaho and legally described below; specifying the zoning clas-
sification of limited residential (R-2) for the newly annexed
area; and directing the Chubbuck City Clerk to record the Or-
dinance with Bannock County; and repealing prior conflicting
ordinances; and providing for the severability, of the provisions
of this ordinance; and providing when this ordinance shall be-
come effective.
The property to be annexed and included with the boundar-
ies and jurisdictional limits of the City of Chubhuck, Idaho and
zoned as set forth herein is legally described as:
A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED IN THE NORTHEAST 114
OF THE NORTHEAST 114 OF SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 6
