Eagle Road that are constantly flooding and water will remain on the road for multiple
days, before flowing towards the railroad tracks. Each time this happens the street
department is having to pump water out of the street to prevent any damage to private
property. Morrison presented a concept to utilize Briarwood Park for storm water
retention to prevent the constant flooding on the City Street.
