TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO.
The meeting was called together at eight o tclock p.m. in the offices
of W. R. Ward in the Village of ChubbUck, Idaho, on February 12, 1952.
Trustees present were Valenty, Giannini, Ward, Fenwick; Frasure, absent.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
The following bills were read and approved for payment:

Idaho Power Co. 46.40
Borg-Swanson Oil Co. 26.97
Ward's Conoco Serv. 1.50
Kennedy's 23.92
There was a discussion h'eld pertaining to the duties of the Police Officer.
It was movedby Geo. Giannini and seconded by Art Fenwick that the Officer
is to hand in a daily rePOrt, accounting for his dai'ly activities, to the
Chairman of the Board. Motion carried.
Mr. W. R. Ward stated, that he would contact the other members of the School
Board to see about getting' some "Stop Signs" for the School Bus loading zones.
It was then discussed by the Board to contact Mr. M. F. Christensen to see
about buying some of his property for a 'City Park. Chairman Valenty is to
see Mr. Christensen.
It was moved, seconded and unanimously carried that the Village Board
immediately give notice for invitation for bids for the construction of the
water works system, equipment and materials, in accordance with the specifications
on file in the Office of the Village Clerk, and the Village Board approved the
form of "Invitation for Bids" submitted by R. F. H~milton, Engineer.
Meeting adjourned at 10:lO p.m.
