OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO.
The meeting was called t°geth~r at eight o'clock p.m. in the offices of
W. R. Ward in the Village of Chubbuck, Idaho, January 8th, 1952.
Trustees present were Valenty, Fenwick, Giannini, Ward and Frasure.
It was moved by Geo. Giannini and seconded by Ernest Frasure
that the following bills be allowed and paid. Motion carried.

Mr. Clark, State Revenue Enforcing Officer, together with Mr. Fordyce,
a deputy, was present at the meeting to explain the law in regard to the
closing hours for the bars dn the Village. All the operators agreed to
stop selling all drinks at 12:50 A.M. to help disperse the crowd a little
sooner after closing hours.
It was moved by Chairman Valenty and seconded by Art. Fenwick that
we only employ our part-time police officer, Harvey Adams, one day a
week for the present. Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 10:30 P.M.
