VILLAGE OF CHUB~UCK, IDAHO.
A special meeting of the Board of Trustees for the Village of
Chubbuck was called to order by Chairman J. O. Cotant in the office
of Willis R. Ward in the Village of Chub%uck at 8 p. m.~ Monday
~arch 5th, 1O~l.
Board members present - J. O. Cotant W. R. Ward
John R. Valenty
Enoch Cox
Chairman Cotant stated that this was an open meeting to discuss
preparations for the coming election of trustees for the Village Board;
that our regular meeting would be march lhth~ at which time final arrange-
ments for the election would be made. Attorneys Milton Zener and John
Black were present and explained the procedure necessary for the election.
John Valenty and ^ttorney John B_[ack explained some of the Drojects
a balanceof
the village had leen working on, and stated that there wa~/~2,9~2.00
in the Village treasury.
