Public hearings will be held with respect to the following items: 1. An application for initial designation of property into the Agriculture (A) Land Use District (zone) that is proposed to be annexed into the City of Chubbuck. The subject property of approximately 497.51 acres of land is generally located on the east side of Interstate Highway 15 and approximately 1,100 feet or more north and northeast of Northgate Parkway in Bannock County, Idaho. At the meeting, the Commission will consider whether the proposal satisfies the approval criteria in municipal code section 18.28.050.B. Type of Action: Recommendation. Written testimony must be received by jbowers@cityofchub- buck.us at least 7 days prior to the hearing, shall comply with standards established in City resolution 2021-06. A complete description of each item is available to the public on request to jbowers@cityofchubbuck.us. Commission packets are gen- erally available the week before the meeting at https:Hcitym ofchubbuck.us/land-use-commission/ or are available by contacting the City Clerk. Any and all persons may register comments, protests, or agreements on the hearing subjects being considered. Oral testimony concerning these proposals may be offered at the public hearing. Commission may limit oral testimony.
