PURPOSE OF REVIEW:Site Plan Approval.
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Steve Smart, Larry Kohntopp,
Randy Severe, Ron C. Conlin, Jason Mendenhall and Ray Griffin.
Roger Morris was present to present his site plan.
Discussion about approaches and green area.
Mr. Morris said he is using the property for storage of his construction equipment and renting out
a space to an export business.
Mr. Morris was told if he is storing construction equipment, the property is required to be
screened.
Design Review Committee approved the site plan subject to the following conditions:
1. Approaches are required to be 25' approaches.
2. If any automotive repair goes on, Mr. Morris is required to install a silt scepter.
3. 10' Landscaping with automatic sprinkler system along with required trees.
4. 5% interior landscaping requirement.
5. Storm water retained on site.
6. Storage area is required to have a screening fence.
7. Parking requirement as required by City Code.
8. Knox Box is required.
9. Address is to be visible from street.

DESIGN REVIEW MEETING APPLICATION
. The purpose of this application is to establish a meeting and review time with the City of
Chubbuck Design Review Team consisting of the Mayor, Building Official, City
Planner, City Engineer, Fire Marshal, Police Chief and other City staff as required.
The Design Review Team meets every Tuesday morning between the hours of
10:30 and 1l:30 AM.
This team will work in unison, with you, to establish the criteria for your project as it
relates to the adopted ordinances of the City of Chubbuck. Keep in mind, this is an
informal review and is only conducted on Submitted applications. This is a review team
not a design team. Provide (10) ten sets of drawings, (8 1/2 X I 1), at least eight days in
advance of your scheduled meeting. Formal review of your plans or project by City
Staff is conducted after formal application. Once you schedule your Design Review,
it is very important to keep that appointment so others can be scheduled accordingly.
