APPLICANT:Terry Commons, 158 E. Chubbuck Road.
PROJECT TITLE:8' Fence along a portion of west side of property.
LOCATION:158 E. Chubbuck Road.
PURPOSE OF REVIEW:Approval of 8' fence.
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Steve Smart, Larry Kohntopp,
Randy Severe, Ron Conlin, Jason Mendenhall, Rob Ray, Merlin Miller, Ray Griffin and
Eric King.
Terry Commons was present to present his request to install an 8' fence on the west side of the
Mystique Theatre, 158 E. Chubbuck Road. There will be approx 20' to 25' of fencing
extending from the building.
After discussion, Design Review Committee approved Terry Commons, Mystique Theater request
for an 8' fence along the west side of his property, subject to Building Inspector’s
approval.
After discussion about required parking for the Mystique Theater, Staff decided the parking is
okay.
