LOCATION:Southside Way - Lot 1, Block 3. PURPOSE OF REVIEW:Site Plan Approval Present: Mayor Steven M. England, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Steve Smart, Larry Kohntopp, Ron Conlin, Randy Severe, Ray Griffin, Merlin Miller and Eric King. Heath Fullmer and Jared, Harper-Leavitt was present to present the site plan. Design Review Committee approved the site plan with the following conditions: 1. Required to have a shared access. 2. Needs to comply with parking requirements. 3. Storm water drainage is to be contained on site. 4. 10' Landscaping requirement with automatic sprinkling, 5% interior landscaping requirement. Trees are to be every 50' as required by City Code. 5. Driveway and Employee parking is to be paved. 6. Required to comply with Health Department requirements. 7. 1500 gallon Grease Interceptor should be installed. 8. Required to install a sanitation pad and enclosures, depending on the businesses. 9. Fire Department stated if there is flour, particles, etc in the air, the fire sprinkler system is triggered, he will be required to install fire sprinklers in the business. 10. Required to install a knox box for each building. 11. Required to have a clear address on the building. CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO DESIGN REVIEW MEETING APPLICATION The purpose of this application is to establish a meeting and review time with the City of Chubbuck Design Review Team consisting of the Mayor, Building Official, City Planner, City Engineer, Fire Marshal, Police Chief and other City staff as required. The Design Review Team meets every Tuesday morning between the hours of 10:30 and 11:30 AM. This team will work in unison, with you, to establish the criteria for your project as it relates to the adopted ordinances of the City of Chubbuck. Keep in mind, this is an informal review and is only conducted on Submitted applications. This is a review team not a design team. Provide (10) ten sets of drawings, (8 1/2 X I 1), at least eight days in advance of your scheduled meeting. Formal review of your plans or project by City Staff is conducted after formal application. Once you schedule your Design Review, it is very important to keep that appointment so others can be scheduled accordingly.
