Project Overview: Brandon Jackson, ICCU  Similar building to others on site – because of supply chain issues they now hold items that would need to be ordered ahead, such as ATMs and cash machines  New building will focus on shelter (east side) for trailers, interior for IT staging area and marketing / giveaways storage  Landscaping completed on street frontage, and along railroad  Last fall new fence was installed by Monroe along railroad 1. Traffic Safety and Traffic Congestion: (ingress, egress, off-street parking, unloading)  No concerns; keep current access point 2. Traffic Studies, Utility Studies: (as requested)  None required 3. Drainage: (storm & surface water, to be engineered, retained on site)  Will double size of existing drainage pond  For stormwater maintenance and operations agreement, Stewart Ward will send updates to Bridger 4. Pretreatment / Nonresidential Waste Water Permit: (grease or oil/silt separator)  No drains in building, no pretreatment required 5. Development Agreement (when needed)  None needed 6. Structures and Site Layout: (exterior design, buffering, fencing, dumpster enclosure)  Joint dumpster on site for the buildings – no new dumpster needed 7. Building Department: (professionally approved plans, ADA compliance, dumpster enclosure)  Need professional plans submitted 8. Signs / Advertising: (advertising signs, height, structure)  No signs planned 9. Landscaping: (ordinance copy, approved tree list)  Landscaping completed on street frontage and on railroad side (not required) 10. Exterior lighting: (light shielding, light trespass)  Similar to lighting on other buildings, will not show off property 11. Development: (platting, addressing)  No development agreement or platting needed  Address will be 4457 Burley #4 12. Fire Department: (knox Box, fire hydrant locations, sprinkling, visible street address)  No concerns 13. Police Department: (safety issues)  No concerns 14. Business License: (before opening)  Already in place
