Letter was submitted asking for deviation from 50% window coverage.41%
1. Traffic Safety and Traffic Congestion: (ingress, egress, off-street parking, unloading)
Shows 9-10 parking stalls, but they indicate 20 (likely shown with plat).
Parking spaces are required to be 50 feet from curb line – difficult to tell on Landscape Plan if the requirement is met (it may be conceptual only)
2. Traffic Studies, Utility Studies: (as requested)
None; traffic during peak hours not concerning, 50 trips per hour
3. Drainage: (storm & surface water, to be engineered, retained on site)
Need to address drainage. Bridger will look into

4. Pretreatment / Nonresidential Waste Water Permit: (grease or oil/silt separator)
Will need wastewater discharge permit

Need parking area landscaping, need at least one tree on west side of building to cover the requirement
