In attendance: Jim Thilmont, Ryan Eborn, Devin Hillam, Ron Osborn, Paul Andrus, Don Matson, Bridger Morrison, Kami Morrison, Merlin Miller
Ryan Eborn, Applicant, presented the project. They plan to construct a building that is a duplicate of the existing building with more garage doors and same roof. They plan to take
the fence down on the west side for access and will maintain gate in front. No change to landscaping. Building will be 10ft. from back, and 6 ft. from front and fence. Building is
for personal use. Existing building has small doors and is tough to move vehicles around in.

No concerns
2. Traffic Studies, Utility Studies: (as requested)
None
3. Drainage: (storm & surface water, to be engineered, retained on site)
Have submitted storm water report, City needs to ensure construction on inspection
4. Pretreatment / Nonresidential Waste Water Permit: (grease or oil/silt separator)
None
5. Development Agreement (when needed)
None
6. Structures and Site Layout: (exterior design, buffering, fencing, dumpster enclosure)
No concerns
7. Building Department: (professionally approved plans, ADA compliance, dumpster enclosure)
Plans received, no concerns
If use changes to commercial will need to come back for CUP

9. Landscaping: (ordinance copy, approved tree list)
No concerns
10. Exterior lighting: (light shielding, light trespass)
Will have power to building, lights over man doors that will come on at night for security
Ensure no light trespass

No concerns
12. Fire Department: (knox Box, fire hydrant locations, sprinkling, visible street address)
No knox box required if installing residential doors
Address on existing building is sufficient
