Here is an updated flat with showing you where we will put our vinyl fence. That there will be
grass around the building only and then the little kidneys in the parking lot will have a decorative
landscape rock.
We will use the current an active stormwater plan from the subdivision that Patriot Landing
designed.
The building will be mostly white vinyl siding with black metal trim.
There will be no parking lot lighting, the only lights will be exterior can lights around the
building.
They will have some signage out on the existing sign for the subdivision and then they will have
one sign attached to the building lit by can lights
