Present: Mayor England; Rodney Burch, Public Works Director; Devin Hillam, Planning &
Development Director; Bridger Morrison, City Engineer; Randy Severe, Police

Meeting today is a site plan review for well # 6. It is located South of Siphon Road and North of
McKay Street.
This is a buried tank with a booster station on top of it and an overflow structure on the east.
The pond will serve as the storm water run-off location.
The buildings will have the same color scheme as the booster station at Stuart Park.
An open pavilion on top of the tank has approval from DEQ to build. This will be a water
educational park.
The well house has an emergency generator on the south side. The well has already been
drilled and there will be a generator enclosure at the well.
This project is under construction and shooting to be operable by the end of August.
Construction of Espie Park is TBD and will include the landscaping around the tank.
Star Corp was awarded the bid for the tank.
