Re: Site Plan Revisions
On January 8th, I presented a request for a variance to the 10’ landscape buffer requirement in the
Northeast corner of the proposed site. This is to accommodate the driveway entry to encroaching into
the 10’ area. Design review approved the variance for this location but not for the other locations along
Yellowstone, Burnside or Central Way.
The area below was approved for encroachment into 10’ landscaping.
