Proposed site address: 4620 Yellowstone Avenue
Present: Mayor England, Steve Smart and Rodney Burch, Public Works Directors; Paul Andrus,
City Planner; Randy Severe, Police Chief; Ray Griffin, Building Official; Merlin Miller, Fire
Marshal; Rich Morgan, City Clerk; Tom Holmes, City Attorney; Nelli Simmons,
Administrative Assistant.
Keith Ankrum was in attendance representing the applicant. Meeting today is to discuss demo of the
home at 4620 Yellowstone Avenue to enable the expansion of the parking lot for Taqueria La Costa. This
will add approx. 10 parking spaces.
PROJECT REQUIREMENTS
TRAFFIC SAFETY AND TRAFFIC CONGESTION: NA
OUTDOOR ADVERTISING: Ray will supply the sign permit application if a new sign will be hung.
LANDSCAPING: 5% of the paved area needs to be landscaped. Tree list was provided.
STRUCTURES AND SITE LAYOUT: Plan Complies
DRAINAGE: Stormwater drainage will be engineered and retained on site. Making sure the swale will
handle any run off.
PRETREATMENT: NA
EXTERIOR LIGHTING: NA
ENGINEERING: No plat changes are required
FIRE DEPARTMENT: NA
BUILDING DEPARTMENT: Demolition Permit, Hazard Waste Abatement Report and an Erosion &
Sediment Control Permit will be required. Plans will go to Ray for approval if any improvements are
made to the restaurant building.
POLICE DEPARTMENT: No issues
BUSINESS LICENSE: Business license is in place
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (where required): NA
