Meeting today is a site plan review for construction of a new building. No living quarters will be built and no second story. This is the last lot on Laurel Lane. There will be a fence around the building. Residential carts will be used for trash. PROJECT REQUIREMENTS TRAFFIC SAFETY AND TRAFFIC CONGESTION: As per plans OUTDOOR ADVERTISING: Ray will supply the sign permit application. LANDSCAPING: 5% of the paved area needs to be landscaped. Tree list was provided. There will be a small section of grass with a couple of trees and gravel around the building. Tree planted every 50’ is required by the city and they can be clumped together. STRUCTURES AND SITE LAYOUT: Plan complies with plenty of parking. DRAINAGE: Stormwater drainage will be engineered and retained on site. Natural drainage is to the east. PRETREATMENT: Not needed, there are no floor drains, only domestic waste. EXTERIOR LIGHTING: Lighting is required to be shielded to prevent light trespass. ENGINEERING: Platting has been done FIRE DEPARTMENT: Knox box will be required and a visible street address. BUILDING DEPARTMENT: Ray has the building permit application.
