The proposed location is the 1727 square foot suite on the west half of the building where Sherwin Williams Paint is located. They will be a tenant of Knudsen Poor Farms of American Falls, represented by Don Zebe. The project is out to bid right now. Color of the building has been approved by Dominos. Anxious to get started wanting to open by Halloween. City Council approved the reduction in parking spaces. PROJECT REQUIREMENTS TRAFFIC SAFETY AND TRAFFIC CONGESTION: As per plans OUTDOOR ADVERTISING: Ray has the permit application for signage. LANDSCAPING: Landlord has taken care of. STRUCTURES AND SITE LAYOUT: The dumpster enclosure will be demolished and moved next to the Sherwin Williams enclosure. This will allow traffic flow to the pick-up window. Smart asked if the placement of the dumpster will allow Gary to service the business. Ray will get with Gary and contact Bob Meyer. DRAINAGE: Stormwater drainage will be engineered and retained on site. Landlord has taken care of. PRETREATMENT: Paul has checked with Pocatello Pretreatment and they have approved the 50# grease trap. Nothing is cooked with grease in the store. EXTERIOR LIGHTING: Lighting is required to be shielded to prevent light trespass. When signage goes up an exterior light may need to be moved. ENGINEERING: Platting has been done. FIRE DEPARTMENT: There is an existing Knox Box that they share with Sherwin Williams and a visible address will be provided. Miller stated the building does not need to be sprinkled but the pizza oven will need a type 1 hood. BUILDING DEPARTMENT: Plans for the pick-up window need to go to Ray. POLICE DEPARTMENT: No issues. NONRESIDENTIAL WASTEWATER PERMIT: Paul will supply. BUSINESS LICENSE: Paul will supply.
