PROJECT REQUIREMENTS TRAFFIC SAFETY AND TRAFFIC CONGESTION: As per plans OUTDOOR ADVERTISING: Sign permit will need to be from Ray. LANDSCAPING: 5% of the paved area needs to be landscaped. Tree list was provided. STRUCTURES AND SITE LAYOUT: Plan complies DRAINAGE: Stormwater drainage will be engineered and retained on site. PRETREATMENT: Not needed, there are no floor drains. EXTERIOR LIGHTING: Lighting is required to be shielded to prevent light trespass. ENGINEERING: Platting has been done FIRE DEPARTMENT: Knox box will be required and a visible street address. Make sure the natural gas connection is protected. BUILDING DEPARTMENT: Plans will go to Ray for approval.
