Design Review Update

Present: Steve Smart, Paul Andrus, Randy Severe, Tom Holmes, Ray Griffin, Merlin Miller
Kim would like to be allowed to move the old office equipment and supplies to the new building even though there is not a Certificate of Occupancy on the project yet so they can abandon
the small building in order to pave the parking lot. The Design Review Committee does not have a problem with allowing but Kim was given a 60 day time limit.
Kim also requests that the committee approve the access on Clover Dale have a gate or a chain to prevent the public from using the approach but allowing the trucks that need to unload
cars can use that access instead of parking in the road to unload like you see them have to do on Yellowstone in Pocatello. Design Review Committee approved the request.
Smart asked for a schedule of completion on the access to the approach on East Chubbuck Road that at the present time is pretty rough. Kim is hoping to finish within a month. Smart reminded
Kim that 4 parking spaces are required along with a driveway to those parking spaces. Smart mentioned that as soon as a business opens the city loses some leverage to make sure the
project is finished.
