Idaho Central Credit Union would like to build a new commercial building at 4537 Yellowstone Ave. Chubbuck, ID 83202. The facility would be the ICCU Chubbuck Branch. All vehicles will
enter coming off of Knudsen Blvd. The facility will have a drive thru
PROJECT REQUIREMENTS
TRAFFIC SAFETY AND TRAFFIC CONGESTION: No concerns. All ingress and egress are coming off of Knudsen Blvd. There is parking designed for tandem parking.
OUTDOOR ADVERTISING: Sign permit will need to be from Ray.
LANDSCAPING: 5% of the paved area needs to be landscaped. Plans were changed to meet that requirement. Tree list was provided.
STRUCTURES AND SITE LAYOUT: Fencing on the west side will be the same screening fence as the north property line fence will be.
DRAINAGE: Stormwater drainage has been addressed
PRETREATMENT: There will not be a cooking facility on site. Pocatello Pretreatment plant asked that there not be a garbage disposal.
EXTERIOR LIGHTING: 20’ light poles with LED candle lighting is what is planned for use. Lighting is required to be shielded to prevent light trespass.
ENGINEERING: Platting has been done
FIRE DEPARTMENT: Access looks good. Address will need to be visible from the street with contrasting colors. Merlin Miller will be in contact regarding a fire lane requirement. Knox
box will be required by the front door.
BUILDING DEPARTMENT: Plans will go to Ray
POLICE DEPARTMENT: No concerns
NONRESIDENTIAL WASTEWATER PERMIT/BUSINESS LICENSE: Paul will send permit applications to Dusty
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (where required): Not required
