In the future he would also like to sell cars at this location. Burns explained it would be small and affordable repairs only, basically tune ups, brakes ect. He is planning on leasing the property. Burns is hoping the owner will be willing to split the cost in the spring to lay asphalt around the shop area. The deadline he feels they could work with for laying the asphalt is July 30, 2013. A new breaker box has been installed on the exterior of the shop for the main shut off. If approval is given by the city to locate their business at 4937 Yellowstone they will add a breaker box in the interior of the shop. The home on the property will be the office after repairs are made. Burns and the Design Review committee will meet again in July 2013 to review the progress of the paving, landscaping and the storage fence.
