Hollie Wyllie is here to present to staff Unison Site Management’s proposal.
Hollie, site development officer, proposed to the city to review the lease the city has with AT&T on the tower that is located at the Fire Station, 4727 Yellowstone, and determine if
it would be feasible to add a 250 square foot easement next to AT&T’s easement for the placement of ground equipment for new tenants. Unison would manage the new tenants, splitting
the profit with the city 50/50.
Unison looks for sites that have a single tenant on a tower, which the city does. The height of the tower looks like 2 more tenants could be added.
AT&T will be changing the pole to metal in the near future.
Hollie informed staff that the City of Lewiston,[Utah?] is being managed by Unison.
Mayor and staff agree to have Hollie analyze the lease. Rent with AT&T should be approx $1,000.00 a month. She will also give staff pointers on possible improvements to the lease.
