Re: Property on south side of 400 block of E. Chubbuck road
In response to a request for requirements to use 2 acres of total lot as a RV Storage facility.
These are preliminary estimates of requirements but to be official the project would need to go through Design Review.
Screening Fence on 3 sides Front, East and South. If the fence on the front of the property to the west is removed or is not functional, a screening fence on the West would be required.
30 ft Radius approach per access guidelines.
Access paved back for 50ft throat length.
All Storm Water retention on property owned by applicant, Designed and Engineered by licensed Eng.
Check with Fire Department for fire truck access and hydrant location.
Platting waived for this use, another use or further development may trigger platting requirement.
Dust abated, on all weather surface of parking and no paved drive areas.
