RE: Development Agreement for work underway at 4986 Brook Lane, Chubbuck, ID 83202
Dr. Mr. Nalder:
Please find enclosed a Development Agreement discussed in the Design Review meeting on Tuesday June 5, 2012. I believe it includes all of the information that we discussed regarding
the requirements of the Design Review, particularly the landscape requirements as we discussed them. The City has also committed that it would not collect water and sewer connection
fees at the present time and bill you only as you use the water.
Please review the agreement and if you have concerns please feel free to contact me at the city offices. Otherwise please sign and return to the city offices and we will execute the
agreement, record and return a copy of the recorded agreement to you.
